Cancellation Refund Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund process begins automatically:

  • Refund initiated within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Amount credited based on your original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Note

If you paid using a promotional coupon or discount code, it will be credited back to your account for future use if the cancellation is made before dispatch.

Partial Order Cancellation

If you've ordered multiple items, you can cancel individual products:

  • Partial refund will be processed for cancelled items
  • Shipping charges may be adjusted based on final order value

Free Shipping Impact

If after partial cancellation your order value falls below the free shipping threshold (₹999), applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
