1. Introduction

At Oniktech, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers can request order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent to our customer support via email at contact@oniktech.com or through the website’s cancellation interface.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted; instead, the return process applies after delivery.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, customers must notify Oniktech within 15 days of delivery through customer support and provide proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned or exchanged. Customers should notify Oniktech within 48 hours of delivery for such issues.
  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, customized products, gift cards, and items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Note: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition.

4. Refund Process

  • For online payments, refunds will be credited directly to the customer's bank account or card. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verification.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly shipped.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons used on the order will not be refunded as cash but may be reinstated as per Oniktech’s discretion.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Oniktech is not liable for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Shipping charges for returning the product will not be refunded unless the return is due to an Oniktech error.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • For defective or damaged items, Oniktech will arrange for product pickup at no cost to the customer and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Sale or discounted items may be subject to different return and refund policies as specified at purchase.
