• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and client feedback.
• Delays in providing required information, approvals, or content may affect delivery schedules.

OnikTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful activities. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed to date remain due and payable.
