Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project or service has started.
  • Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the progress of the project.
  • OnikTech reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the work completed.

Tip: Contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel. Earlier requests have a higher chance of approval and a greater refund eligibility.

UI/UX Design after final approval
Digital Marketing & SEO services performed
Custom Software Development per agreed requirements
Domain registration & hosting purchases
Third-party software licenses
API subscription fees

Client Responsibilities

To avoid delays or disputes, clients must fulfil the following responsibilities throughout the project:

  • Provide accurate and detailed project requirements from the start.
  • Respond to feedback and approval requests in a timely manner.
  • Review all deliverables carefully before providing final approval.

Important: Delays caused by the client's failure to provide assets, feedback, or approvals do not constitute grounds for a refund.
